Our company employs world-leading processing technologies, utilizing fully automated production lines from raw material processing to finished products. Particularly, the grinding-to-rustproof-packaging line represents the most advanced automated bearing production system. This line includes ring feeding, outer and inner ring raceway grinding, internal diameter super finishing, demagnetization, cleaning, size inspection, clearance setting, grease filling, vibration testing, and rustproof packaging. This automation ensures consistency in machining reference planes, stable quality, and precision levels reaching P5 and P4 standards.
We meticulously track every stage of production, from raw materials to finished products. Our raw materials are sourced from high-purity bearing steel produced by Xingcheng Special Steel and Daye Special Steel. This steel features significantly lower oxygen content and reduced levels of harmful elements like sulfur, phosphorus, and copper compared to domestic standards, meeting or exceeding international benchmarks.
